Website Replacement

Several days ago, my author website was corrupted by a virus, forcing me to recreate it from some stored content. It’s not totally fixed, but hopefully, I will have it up and running properly in a few days.

First of all I would like to say awesome blog!
I had a quick question in which I’d like to
ask if you don’t mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts prior to writing.

I have had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out.
I truly do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the
first 10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted just trying to
figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or tips?
    Kudos!

I suggest thinking about the section you want to right before you sit down to do the actual writing. Block out the basic action including how the characters are going to do what they are going to do. Consider the logical consequences of the situation in which you’ve placed your characters. Think about how they might react (actions and emotions). Once you’ve spent some time thinking, maybe while fixing a meal or doing some other chore that doesn’t take much thought, then sit down and right. It should flow much quicker once your mind has prepared itself. Consider it like preparing the soil of a garden before planting.
