Hell Hole Series
Hell Holes 1: What Lurks Below
This cover was created by cover artist Ellie Kay Bockert Augsburger of Creative Digital Studios. The round item behind the main title is Aileen O’Shannon’s amulet, a ring of gold engraved with the words “Tutores Contra Infernum” surrounding a devilstone. The cover shows Aileen O’Shannon, the team’s photojournalist, taking pictures of the hell hole after it erupted.
Hell Holes 2: Demons on the Dalton
This cover was also created by cover artist Ellie Kay Bockert Augsburger of Creative Digital Studios. It shows the main characters fleeing south along the Dalton Highway being chased by various types of demons. That’s a hell hound on the left and a gargoyle flying in the upper right. The heroes have just driven through a forest fire set by the demons.
The original cover art for Hell Holes: Demons on the Dalton was created by artist and author Michael Fisher.
Hell Holes 3: To Hell and Back
Originally created for the first Hell Holes book, this cover by cover artist Ellie Kay Bockert Augsburger has been was repurposed for book 3, given that it shows a scene from book 3 – the portal to Hell at the end of the tunnel at the bottom of a hell hole.
Hell Hole: The Official Screenplay
One of the major changes between the book Hell Holes 1: What Lurks Below and the associated movie script adapted from the book is that the hell hole no longer burns with the blue flames of burning sulfur. Instead, the cover now shows the blue laser light that cuts the circumference of the hole, which melts the soil, launching incandescent blobs of molten glass.
